This amazing solid white opal is just filled with fire. Her face is just filled with reds, greens, yellows and oranges, and even on the edges you can see the orange and red glistening away. The opal measures 15.5mm x 14mm and is in amazing condition. You can see by the state of the claws and the face of the opal that this beauty was only worn for special occasions. With a hand carved fern of 9ct gold down one edge, we see this pendant, as the ultimate antipodean pendant incorporating the fern of NZ and the natural opals of Australia.

The chunky bail is hallmarked with "9ct" and it is clear this was lovingly handmade over 50 years ago to fit this amazing stone.

The 9ct gold curb chain is 1.4mm wide and 50cm in length and is a newer made piece. that we have added to the pendant, so you can wear her immediately.
