Carved Onyx Dragon Skull on Tumbled Amber in Shungite Tea Light Holder
This dragon skull was carved out of a piece of stone - I believe it's banded onyx. It is light buff in color with pale peach and white banding, and some brown areas.
The way the dragon skull carved, the artist left a thick peach area as the "snout" which kinda gives the dragon a comical pig-like appearance!
The skull rests on a shungite tea light holder whose dip has been filled with genuine microtumbled Baltic amber - for a vibrant splash of golden yellow!
Amber is neither crystal nor mineral but rather an ancient fossilized tree resin from prehistoric forests. It resonates with the solar plexus chakra.
Amber represents remembrance and ancestral wisdom and is said to support past life recall, clearing of familial patterns and grieving. It may also help with purification and cleansing of the body and environment.
